Does amytryptline hydrochloride can cause effect on the poor concentration on concentrating the things which I have taken for 10 days for pescribed for 20 days for sleepiness of 10 mg

I have ocd i am taking medicine from last 3 years medicine are prodep 60 and prodep 20 still no improvement in my condition kindly help me what to do now

I am currently prescribed divalpro ex 500(morning) and 750(night) due to migraine and some mental health issues(overthinking). I want to go for Lasik eye surgery so wanted to know if these medicines will interfere with that or not. Also can I have other medicines  when suffering from any other disease for example paracetamol in case of fever. Regards Puja

Avoid that anxiety Please suggest one tab at that time( Iam go to hospital morning 10.30). At present iam using met xl 25 tablet since last one year due to palpitations. I have a anxiety since one year and last year my full body check up done like ECG and 2d echo after that doctor prescribed met xl25 tab. At present I want to go again for full body check up. Please prescribe one tab for anxiety at the time of tests

Hi doctor, I am a female 34 years old. For past 3 months I'm not able to sleep peacefully. Every midnight i wake up suddenly and then I'm not able to get sleep. I go to bed by 11 pm Max but wake-up again by 1 or 2 pm. Then not getting sleep. Because of this i also get headache. I don't have habit of sleeping in noon time. I also have milk every night before going to bed. I also tried garlic with milk. Please advice.

I am Diagnosed with ocd and bipolar disorder. For that I am on Lamotrigene Lurasidone. Escitalopram. Armodafinil. Clonazepam. Propranolol. But i think anyone of this medicines is increasing my anxiety which one could it be. Can anyone guide.
