Is there anything alternative for lamotrigine , i have got rash on my face should i do stop it and continue taking

Have been 5 weeks of prodep 40mg and petril 0.5mg thrice and mirtaz half of 3.75mg.. I feel ok some days but sometimes wake up feeling scared and this medicine has worked for me before but now it's taking too long.. struggling through everyday to get back to normal.. does the medicines don't work sometimes ? Should I change the medicine?

I am suffering from Irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea. I had semi liquid motion 2-3 times in the morning. I took Lonazep 0.5 MD motion stopped after an hour. my doctor prescribed me Lonazep md 0.5 in emergency only for anxiety so my ibs d is due to anxiety?

In recent days i had experienced that i feel shivering when i am excited... Bring any new idea to manager.. Giving speech.. Watching a good cricket match... Is this something wrong or it will go or its normal...should consult any one ?

Whenever I'm enthusiastic or converse with someone I feel I'm lightheaded. Most of the time I have full body pain. I can't walk if I walk I get headache. I have headache with hot flashes. I cannot concentrate on anything. I have anxiety issues since lockdown. I don't know what is causing this. Really scared. I have attached my blood test taken yesterday. Please let me know what's happening.

Hello doctors, i am suddenly getting a small pain in my left arm, then some heat spreading all over body and getting bp to 160. My ECG and CT brain are normal. When such feel comes, i am trying to control it by thinking about something else and the dizziness is getting controlled. One of the doctors suggesting that it is some anxiety and related to mental health only. Can someone please help me here.

From 1month almost i can't control my anger on small small things I get irritate sometime some one ask or tell or questions me if I m not interested or I don't want to listen is same thing he goes on repeating den i get anger and i start hitting my head with hands after my head get spining and start paining

I'm taking cyclotin 40 twice since several months , my depression symptoms started to get better little but then it came back since my exam results, I'm loosing interest more day by day i just always be thinking about things and not doing anything even something fun, what can be done.

My mother 70years,asthama patient. Recently had covid pneumonia,discharged one month back. She is very anxious,moaning sometimes,coughing If she is listing to something or if we engage her in talking,no moaning and cough. If we  talk ,sing she is even passing urine,stools pleasantly Sometimes she is becoming more rigid, clenching jaw She is having frozen shoulder from 6 years,we are having physiotherapy sessions after discharge from Nov 15th.This is the first time she is having physiotherapy sessions. Specially after physiotherapy she is becoming rigid clenching jaw After physiotherapy 3 hours she is rigid , clenching jaw, moaning. In the morning right after she is awake,she is loose all her joints are very flexible.Her left hand was so rigid but in deep sleep there is no rigid at all. What is this condition? We are not using any pain killers or muscle relaxation medicines? Is there any medicine for her condition?

I have ocd.My back muscles become tight ,rigid,stiff.Is it due to ocd or not.If it's not related to ocd then what is it?I was on Fluvoxamine before and in that my tightness was somewhat under control Currently on Flunil 60 Flunil 20 Risdone Mt 0.5
