I get headache or tightness when I get very much angry or hyper .It is very common since 3 days.Why I am facing this?

Is cluster B Personality Disorder serious condition? Is it non treatable ? What is the difference between cluster B personality disorder and cluster B Traits?

I tend to smile or sometimes laugh in serious situations while talking with people. This mostly happens with my wife and my parents compared to others. Feeling very bad about it. Any remedy or therapy would help?

Dear doctor I want to ask you one important question is breathlessness on exertion like climbing stairs and walking can caused due to psychological problems.. History Due to chest pain i visited 4-5 doctor done ECG, 2DECho TMT test multiple ECG all normal. 2 doctor told me to visit psychiatrists so visited before month doctor start Sertaline 50mg morning and etizolam+propanalol at night but 2-3 day i never get sleep and started chest tightness at night and wakeup many times in night so stopped medicine after 3 days..also caused severe gastric problem also..after done treatment of gastritis after 8 days.. Since then I have started breathlessness while climbing stairs and tightness it's feel mild while walking also i have sleeping problem since month.. Can it possible due to sleep disturbances or should I visit other cardiologist and do next test.. actually I was very worried about heart but now this breathlessness symptoms started physically Now stopped all medicine still feel it..

I am having muscle pain due to stress as confirmed by my psychiatrist. consluted orthopaedic done session with psychotherapist took pain killer but no use. pain in shoulder, neck and back and sometime legs. psychiatrist told me that it can't ne cured with medicine. but I am more stressed at my workplace due to toxic atmosphere. current medication are as follows 1. Amitone 25mg at night 2. lonazep 0.5 night 3. etizola beta 1/2 - 1/2. due to pain I am not able to work please suggest
