I don't understand how to handle my disrespect. How to trust people as it is always broken. I feel like sleeping forever.

Sir I am suffering from bipolar disorder(only mania) i am on lithium 800mg(morning 400mg and night 400mg)with risperidone 1mg night recently my doctor removed risperidone 1mg from my prescription as I am doing good and i am on risperidone from 5.5years from now started from 4mg.....after 5days of my removal I am having disturbed sleep at night and i am feeling sleepy in morning... No other symptoms noted...no mania symptoms also noted I am vey calm and composed but little weakness in morning.. I want to know how many days it may continue... Or I should consult gp .. Plzz explain what happening..

My marrige broken 1 year back she cheeted on me and  before marrige I asked clearly but still she did wrong, and then i have strong believe that  everything is finished but again one girl came to My life but now I am not believing on  her checking only truecaller and I know she is also cheeter that why not believing reason she is also dont care about me i need to always fight with her to talk to me but no response now I am got it all are cheeters how these peoples are playing with someone hart they don't have fear of god everyday i am crying..even had small enjury on my tounge gone through multiple doctors  because no believe to anyone and  forcefully went to PET ct scan and report comes normal now all doctors and family members are saying you need psychiatry help you are mental case, I am cyber security professional how come they are saying I am mental case 😔very very much depressed now not able to understand why it's happening with me what I did wrong what's my fault...

Can I take encorate 300mg, sizopin 75mg, aripiprazole 10mg, along with diazepam 5mg...???please tell me frens... TIA

I've realised that im getting dull day by day. I used to be sharp, remember and notice single detail, smart enough and was confident. But now i became different. I can't pay attention, I can't remember things. I mess up things, couldn't hear properly. I became absentminded for which my life become very mess. For my poor personality, everyone treats me bad, mock me everytime. I'm trying hard to be smart enough , concentrate things, but I'm failed. Im in fear, when it comes to do a ask, i get nervous that I might mess things..Please help me. I can't take all these. I can't even share this things with anyone.

Can Fluoxetine cause sleepiness in daytime if taken in morning after breakfast ? Even though it is very unlikely as SSRIs are activating molecules, but did you notice any rare scenario of Fluoxetine induced sleepiness in your clinical practice ?

I have been having anxiety disorder from a long time but for a while it was in control like it was not that sivere but now it's i feel like it's out of control. I literally feels in situations where there's no reason at all to get tensed, i shiver in those places where there's absolutely no danger at all. I can't write, i can't sign, i can't even hold something properly. Can't even stand properly when iam in room full of people. And even if the room is warm my hands are always cold as if i keep my hands in a freezer. Iam tired of this. Iam hoping i would get some medication to get this in control or even stop it.

Hi, my right eye getting flicker and it seems some neurological but not sure. Had in past checked my as well from eye doctor but number was never change it still 0.25 in both eyes but not sure if need to consult neuroligist. Please suggest
