Can I stop taking anti depressant medicine just after taking it for 4 days . I have only taken it for days and want to leave it for some reason , can i stop it

Doctor, Please advice on below- 1. Will a person with vitamin B12 deficiency have aggravated and prolonged anxiety symptoms compared to person with healthy nerves/nervous system ? 2. When mind is calm (say watching a favorite movie or TV show), yet will physical body exhibit any anxiety symptoms? Is that because of subconscious anxiety? To give a context, I had vertigo, did epleys maneuver which gave a bad head spin multiple episodes. I panicked a lot. My vertigo is cured but started getting throbbing pulse throughout body after an hour or so... my b12 levels are around 80 mark. Every doctor is ruling out as anxiety but I am not able to accept because I feel throbbing pulse even when I am normal and relaxed. It's frustrating.

Hi Doctors In 2020 i diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression,I was going through lot of trauma in life and had sducidal thoughts too,sleep deprivation ,insomnia!!Then i consulted with doctor and started medication ( Mirtazaoine Tablet IP,Paroxtine 25 mg and beta) After almost year doctor asked me to stop taking tablet(Mirtazaoine and beta) but I'm still taking paroxtine!!Now my doctor is moved to different country and not able to contact him!! I also want stop taking tablet but if don't take tablet for 2 days,I get slight giddiness!!! Not sure what to do!! I really want to stop these tablets and lead healthy lifestyle!! Could anyone help with this ,i!am okay with virtual or in person consultation( preferred Bangalore)

Hi,I have issues in sleep for 9-10 months,It started from symptoms like sudden fear,vertigo and getting up from sleep from little sounds once I returned from watching a normal movie in theater,after i recovered from it.but after few days it leads to a different version where I cannot able to sleep and after some days it leads to overthinking where i cannot control it.and Quality of sleep also disturbed where if i sleep it always comes as dreaming sleep (REM i think).still cannot able to sleep deeply even i am tired.and also i am getting up at same time in night.for eg,, if i sleep,,, like every 3 hours from the time i sleep i wake up, that to From unfinished dream and if get up it sometimes little bit hard to go back to sleep sometimes.please give me a solution.it making me worry..still i haven't used any medicine for it.thankyou

Which medicine is most suitable for a person with inattentive ADHD symptoms and high blood pressure, as atomoxetine can't be used as significant raises blood pressure and clonidine also can't be used as isn't much effective for inattentive type of ADHD, can methylphenidate be used in this case? Im just asking about the possibilities.

I have difficulty falling asleep at night, even after it comes there is a break every 1-2 hours & its not deep. My main issue was throughout daytime sleepiness so i was prescribed ativan but even after 7 hrs deep sleep , the daytime sleepiness issue remains. What seems to be an issue with me?
