I'm a 34 year old divorced woman with no kids.. My hubby left me instead of me begging to him a thousand times.. My family gave me shelter and I was trying to heal.. My mother is the best part of my life and only person who loves me.. She is currently diagnosed with lung cancer and she's 69 years old.. I'm scared to death of losing her and my whole body feels lethargic and my mind feels numb, I don't feel like talking or living.. How do I manage this fear? What if something happens to her? I feel like I'll die.. I also feel like ending this pain and trauma by suicide but the fear of suffering physical pain stops me everytime.. Please help me 🙏 I want to live with my mother

It's been a few years I'm not able to decide my career and my mind isn't clear, I'm always anxious and continuously thinking about my future I'm clueless about what to do in my life my confidence has already hit the ground and I'm feeling hopeless even very small task in my life i don't want to do am not feeling happy.

Hello doctor my doctor recently adviced me that amytryptline hydrochloride does it cause to run the any mind thoughts innerly. I have never used it early but for reference of the sleeping and no internal peace he wrote that tablet for me n pleas does it cause any internal thoughts .I never taken it early before kindly advice it's side effects .four days I have taken it .shall I continue or stop it.please kindly advice me. I have been suffering from panic disorder. But lately whenever I walk or just standup my heart rate increase to 110. By walking for a bit I feel flutters in my chest and throat. I wanted to ask if this is normal? I am scared to walk a lot or to exercise

I visited psychiatrist in New Delhi. for depression and anxiety.. He prescribed me . Dicorate er775 Zosert sertline 100 2tablet at night Lonazep 1 mg at night... Bupron xl 150 in the morning... In one week my symptoms are become worsen.. Then i visited and told the all my problems... Then he prescribed me Dicorate er 775 at night Oleanz 5 2 tablet at night Mirtaz 30 mg at night Lonazep 0.5 3 times... And i m feeling better a little bit... Please suggest me it is good for me for meditation...

I m suffering from chest from last 7 days earlier when this pain occurs doctor prescribe antidepressants and it take 15 days to recover but now i want to get relive from it without antidepressants can anyone tell how long it will take to cure

Sir, I have been on anti depressant medicines since the last one & half year. Doctor prescribed me one new med Tofisopam 50 mg (twice daily) with old med Fluoxetine 20mg. When I take 2nd dose of Tofisopam on the first day, I felt very drowsiness and tremors (drowsiness occurs within 2 hours & tremors after 5-6hrs of dose). So will I discontinue this medicine or reduce the dose to once a day. Kindly advise.

My mither had undergone hysterectomy where ovaries were conserved back in October around 2.5 months she didn't have sleep disturbance and overthinking past one month she continously uesed to get negative thoughts and couldn't sleep for a week I took her to psychiatrist medicine fluoxecare, etisod.25 and trypsid were given 10 days later depout eti and etizolam for.15 days the dr said medicines should be continued for 5-6 months and I'm between all this she had severe gastritis and h pylori and still treatment is Goin om for this, is it common after surgery to have depression or insomnia that too after 3 months and why she has to taken medicine for so long time I read about the side effects of antidepressants and they are severe she gets constipation also sometimes ...I'm very worried about this I don't want her to take.too much medicine for this what Is an alternative does she has to be dependent for a long period om medicines for overthinking and sleep Please suggest

I was suffering from anxiety and OCD for which i am on medication i started with fludac 20 for 15 days and from last 5 days i have started with fludac 40 after consulting my doctor with  fludac 40 i am feeling restlessness and agitation will it settle down And how much time does SSRI takes to show full side effect..
