I have taken zosolma 5 last 10 days ..I want to stop sleep medicine..but with out medicine I can not sleep...how I stop this medicine..I want naturally sleep

Which one between bupropion and methylphenidate would be a better choice for managing inattentive type of adhd in a patient with hypertension which is currently managed by meds (losartan 25) for bp and propranolol 40mg for anxiety?

From the last few months I could go into deep sleep. I used to feel as if I was awake even while sleeping and used to wake up tired. But now the situation is becoming worse, I am not able to fall asleep till 3-4 am everyday. I feel as if my heart is beating faster than normal and I feel restless. Stopped having tea or coffee even still no improvement is seen. I feel quite irritated throughout the day.

Pain in shoulder and neck since last 15days. consluted orthopaedic and completed physio therapy as well but no use. taking following medicines for anxiety tryptomer 25 after dinner Lonazep 0.5 MD after dinner etizola beta 0.5 after dinner is this pain associated with anxiety? as per my psychiatrist this is due to anxiety and called this as somatic pain took pain killer  as per advice of doctors but of no use. please advise

I had hypertension previously currently managed (110/70) with meds, losartan 25 and also taking propranolol 40mg for anxiety, and i was prescribed atomoxetine 18mg too is it safe to take?

I am having anxiety disorder I feel that I am not walking properly with right leg.i can walk but I am feeling some difference.

I've attached a prescription in which symptoms, diagnosis and medicines are mentioned. He's been taking these from past 2 months and because of these he is sleeping all day. I feel medicines are too much to have. Are these okay? Should we change the doctor? I'll be very greatful to you for your reply
