Can anxiety cause chest pain and heart attack Even though taking medicines feeling nervous Please advise.

I easily attracted to any girl with whom I start my conversation. I feel high emotions. I have no confidence in myself. I don't know how to tackle these problems, I am suffering a lot. I have a decent paid job in a multinational company , completed my education from one of the top institute of India. Still I don't feel confident.

My mother have schizophrenia, 12 days back we have given long acting injection by making her understand that she is suffering from schizophrenia as she was not taking medicine from last 1 year. But now she is taking medicine restonorm willingly. So could you tell how long take to see the effect of this medicine?

My son is 2 month and 21 days old...his bellybutton is coming out...bellybutton is soft and sounds like a rubber inside...what could be the reason for this

Are there any protocol which can be followed to prevent psychiatric disorder like OCD, Schizophrenia, Bipolar etc. from happening in future in healthy individual ?

My mother has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder in March 2021. Since then we were following a psychiatrist. She has been through multiple manic episode since then. The main problem she is facing is that the medicines prescribed by the dr. Makes her body very stiff, she sleeps all day and night, she blabber, she has headache and even her hands shiver and her feet are  swelling. I know there are side effects of these tablets. But what she is experiencing is hindering her day to day activities. That's the only reason she never agrees to go to the dr. In manic episodes. We compelled her to see a Dr. I just want to know are these side effects normal?? everyone going through bipolar experiences it or do we need to change the dr.? Please help me out with this. Thanks

I overthink a lot about my looks. Many people criticise me about my looks since childhood . I am also not attending any functions due to that. I am feeling fear to talk with others. I am not getting sleep. It is affecting my sleep a lot. I cry everyday when i think about it. Is there any solution for that?.

I am on antidepressant flutop 40 for 20 years and nexito 10, panto d, and modafinil for past one year for OCD, hypersomnia.  My symptoms are hot tongue , feverish feeling (max temp 99.6).like heat emnating from body , Bloating stomach, excessive day time sleep and pains at varying locations in back. I also have  non erosive  gastritis. No appetite. Every item tastes like spicy though  it is not spicy. Morning I get pains from buttocks and half of back pain around spine. But pains will move from one location to other. . Feel comfortable after applying some pressure. No one could diagnose the problem. All bood tests and x- ray tests of back are normal and endoscopy suggested presence of non erosivegastritis. Kindly advise.

I've anxiety disorder for the last one year. I visited a psychiatrist he prescribed me petril 0.25 mg to take everyday but  I didn't want pop pills to cure anxiety thinking I'll get addictive and have side effects in future. Now that I've exams around the corner I'm getting stressed and I'm losing my productivity in studies. So can I take this pill to control my anxiety till exams ?
