Hi, I'm taking medicines for Panic disorder/ Potential Depression for 1.5 years now (Paroxetine 25, Oxycarbazeb300, Propanolol, Clozep(SOS) ) . Despite taking taking the treatment I feel like I'm stuck in between. I don't feel good, I still have anxiety on almost regular basis. I have brain fog, I can't concentrate, I can't focus and It has affected my daily life. I'm confused, what's going wrong.

I am suffering from ocd and anxiety for which i always feel heavyness in my head.. i just wanted to know is it common in ocd and anxiety. Also shall i start medication and consult a doctor for the same

Due to modern life stress anxiety ,Overthinking and self doubt are always in mind and that's the reason for delay sleeping habits. Recently found that their are melatonin supplements available in market so want to ask that are this supplement good for sleep and r der any side effect or habit forming thing. Products like vicks zzquil n all.

My mother is schizophrenic and thinks my father has external affairs. She wouldn't listen to anyone won't take prescribed  pills and is becoming toxic for everyone. She has become verbally abusive. How to make her listen to us to take pills. Please help we have already consulted psychiatrists before but she would hide or throw the medications. We are very helpless.

Whenever i hear the topic of my MIL or even her name ,my heartrate becomes abnormal heartbeat gets faster and i start to feel weakness in body ,hands become a lil shaky I start to feel uneasiness from inside ,specially heart rate gets too high it feels like heart will come out. I dont know why it happens always. Should i consult psychiatrist

Why do I feel pain burning sensation, itching and pain when I take Libotryp DS and amitriptyline 25mg at night. when I take lonazep 0.5 and amitriptyline 25mg then I don't feel itching and pain any advice. I am taking above medicines for anxiety and depression
