Hi, I am suffering from postpartum depression and many a times I get triggered i have taken some counseling session but i still find it is still there how long does it take to get out of postpartum depression also please do  let me what else can be done to solve this . It is very difficult to live with all such kind of feelings, anxiety, fear of taking my child away from me,getting negative thoughts thinking more about future etc..

Please help me to know that how can I get out of overthinking which is happening to me almost everyday in morning.

From few days I feel im undergoing panic attacks, Suddenly my heart rate increases it usually stays under 65bpm but it gets upto 120bpm causes me loose concentration on the work im doing, theese days my heart rate won't go below 75bpm which I concer but I dont know the root cause as im not having any problems in my life, keeping this in mind went for a checkup reports came quite normal including ECG. Cant sleep normally at nights, not having like 1hr of deep sleep.

I have panic attack daily I am very worried about it Due to this i feel my heart beat is running fast.i have done all the tests like ecg,2d echo,stress test all are normal. Cardiologist said this is due to panic attack Is this dangerous??

I am taking ciplar la 40 twice, flunil 20 once a day, oleptal od in divided doses, qutan sr 100, olimelt 2.5. i am diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I hardly get sleep at night. I take 4-5 pills of zolfresh 10 mg at night. I want to come out of this addiction. Can you help me and guide me how to come out of this mess. I am really worried.

Dear Doctor I am a psychiatric patient taking different medicines like Venlafaxine 75 and Venlafaxine 37.5.But my doctor stopped those medicines and recommended Ventab plus 50.But now the pain is continue in my nose,teeth,face,pricking of face,What should I do?

Hi, my son is 3.8 years and studying in pre KG. Nowadays he is crying a lot. There was a function in school and he prepared very well for speech. But once he get the mike, he didn't even open his mouth. Not seems like stage fear. When we asks what happened in school, he is telling some imaginary information, not the real information. If we are something repeated, he starts crying, not answering anything. During sleep he cried a couple of times. Can someone help me what could be the reason and how to bring him out of this.

I'm getting a lot of negative thoughts lately. I delivered a baby boy five months back. For one week, I'm getting many negative thoughts in my mind; it will always be about losing my loved one. Please tell me how to stop it

Sir/Ma'am I feel anxious and depressed. I have sleep disorder. Weak muscles and fatigue. Gas and acidity. 6 months ago I tested for vitamin b12 as 156 MCG and D3 as 25. Is there any connection? Do I need vitamin B12 pills or injections? Kindly suggest.
