I am taking fluvoxamine 50(0-0-1) and Clomipramine 25(0-0-1) since 4 years, due to mediction, I feel extreme lethargy, fatigue and excessive day time sleepiness, I am unable to do daily tasks. Can i take modafinil to reduced side effect( sleepiness)?

I need help, but I don't know who to trust or whom to open up to. My life is at a standstill. My brain is chaotic. Overall, it's h-e-double l. I am in debt. Don't know how to move forward, where to move forward, when to move forward, why to move forward. By the way, which way is forward? I don't like people much. Doggos are so much better than hoomans. Sheesshhhh...why did I say sheesh? I wonder. Does that help? Damn! I just realised this thing looks like from the Joker! At least my OCD is at bay, somewhat.

My sister is struggling with insomnia due to uninterrupted thoughts about past and future.She keeps worrying about what if she js left all alone..she us youngest in gmily nd fers everyone dying before her.she has strated trying to avoid us so that she doesn't miss us when we are actually not there.She is not able to concentrate on any task.She is either depressed or superenergetic..how to convince her to talk to a psychiatrist and get help

My mother(58 yrs old, she has thyroid problem) she cries and weeps on small and petty things a lot. She had a difficult past and she is too emotional and sensitive, may be thats why she cries a lot !! Is this related to some kind of illness, can this be cured ??

Suffering from depression from past 8 years Obese and hypertensive. Suffers in day to day activity have been very less active physically and mentally over the last years i have ocd symptoms also pls suggest me to get out of this. Most of the time i remain irritated and in tension cant bear it anymore

Sometimes I take etizolam 0.5 5 tablets in total 2.5 mg...I don't have any problem... I enjoy taking...but I am gona stop now... Also I did once a week...I don't have any symptoms...or taking 2.5 of etizolam might have damaged my part ?

Iam having fear more and more and also having social anxiety and limitless procrastination and fealing physically and mentally drained.
