Is bilateral cingulotomy good for ocd.I have ocd(pure o) since 4 years ago.I am on Fluvoxamine 100 (fluvoxin )(1-1-1) Duloxetine (duvanta )40mg(1-0-1) Aripiprazole 2.5  mg (Ariday )(0-0-1) My ocd is reduced by 50 % but since 2 months no improvement. Do you think surgery will help

I want to quit smoking and drinking, which doctor to consult for it. I want to quit as soon as possible, how many days will take to quit.

I am suffering from drdp with dipresson last 25 days...after start a fluxitine 20 mg.. only 3 does...i have no dipresson symotoms yet before...but a physician prescribe me this medicine..aftar 3 dayes later from take this medicine surdenly drdp start with dipresson..i can't explain my thoughts..too much disurbing situation i am suffering..can it lead to phycosis?? Too much enxious and phobia i have developed..that it lead to devlop phycosis..But i have no phycotic symotoms.  Can it sattele down normaly?...and how to normal me my self.is there any medication? Can it lead to phycosis?

Hello Doctors, for the last year or two I have been having a short memory gap and frequently forget things easily. I can go blank and completely not hear what you are saying right to my face. And it happens on it's own. I also forget details many times and it is hurting my professional life. Please help.

What is the differnece between Divalproex and Valproic acid in terms of tolerability ? Can both of them be used interchangably ? I observed that Divalproex is much costlier than Valproic Acid. So , can substitutiin be permitted keeping the cost-benefit ratio in mind ?
