Hi sir i am on antidepressants and benzodiapine from 3 months now I am totally fine srni antidepressants desvenlafaxine 50mg Does this tab causes weight gain Should I take it life long plz. Answer

I really don't know what to write here. My friends asked me to go to therapy. I really don't know what to say.

Dear Doctor, I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia in September 2011. It has been 11 years I am on medication. There has been lot of variation in antipsychotic medication doses and type. Also I went through 2 relapse episodes with me with reoccurring symptoms of hallucinations and delutions in 2012 and 2019. I went through lot of antipsychotics and drastically gained weight.Right now I am under treatment of a psychiatrist and I am stable on two medicines. SULPITAC 300mg two times after breakfast and dinner and Pacitane 2mg one time after breakfast. Basically this means I am on high dose of amisulphiride 600mg altogether.My psychiatrist is reviewing me every month starting from around 4 months back and keepi ng me on same dose and I fear that high dose of amisulphiride can cause serious problems in future. Should I continue same doses for longer periods with reviews every month or it has to be reduced if symptoms have subsided. What is your opinion. It is really bothering me.

I am getting bad feeling Even being with every one feeling alone I want to stay away from everyone I m getting sudden pain in my chest Headache most of the time Feeling disappointed and alone. Distancing from everyone.

I m suffering frm depression,anxiety, ptst, frm last 3 month now i am be able to control my self what will i have to do.pls Dr suggest me some medication thanking you.

My daughter is constantly worrying about one thing or other. Sometimes she thinks she can't have a career & sometimes she thinks nobody will marry her. Mostly she has two moods in a day - one she is causing her family pain & second she is having pain due to family. Both are too repetitive. She is scared of taking any help from the doctors as she's terrified of medications. Her thoughts lead her to conclusuons like running away from home, getting married to anyone, going no contact with her loved ones as she feels she worry about the family a lot. We have to support every irrational decision of hers because she gets really angry on hearing anything else than supporting her decisions.Also she is terrified to live alone What to do, I feel so helpless.

I am a 19 years old boy. I am suffering from very severe ocd from past 4 years. I have visited many doctors for this and was on many types of medicines and councelling but nothing worked. I even visited Central Institute of psychiatry in Ranchi but nothing worked for me. I even took RTMS treatment and it also didn't work. At last I lost hope and left the treatment of CIP. This OCD has completely ruined my life. Sometimes when I get too many obsessive thoughts I get very stressed. This disorder is ruining my studies. What can i do to alleviate this OCD.

I am taking cita s forte last 1 year now my anxiety problem yet solve but I want to stop the cita s tablet but if stop some sleeping problem and some side effects arise please advise me how to stop this medicine
