In our village so many peoples are having vitiligo skin problem whenever I see them Even from far i start worry about myself and wash my hands 20 times and bath 10 times I am so scared of them even I don't like them near me at all even Bahar nikalna band kardiya ghar se What should I do

Hi Doc! I have a daughter of 3.5years old. She is very active and cheerful girl. She is in Nursery now and her teachers are very happy with her progress. As per teachers my daughter is a smart kid and knows many things more than her age.. We got this feedback in recent PTM. The concern here is she is not replying when we call her or ask something. However she follows the commands very promptly. She look at us when we shout and call her otherwise she will be playing around and telling rhymes or doing something else to keep herself busy. And, she doesn't have habit of mobile or T. V. Is this any disorder. Do we need to consult a doctor for this. Because school teacher says we need to consult a doctor. She has lack of concentration. She won't sit at one place for long(only 2-3 minutes she sits). Please guide or suggest what I can do as a parent to improve this.

Sir, I used to be on depression medication. Depression like symptoms were caused due to vitamin B12 & D3 deficiency. Even After I recovered from Vitamin deficiency the symptoms of brain fog and stress did not go away. So I consulted a neurologist. He gave me Escitalopram(10mg) and Nortryptyline(25mg) . I take for 2 months then I stopped but brain fog , slow mind problem did not go away. After I stopped taking medication then overhappiness and racing thoughts like symptoms began to appear. What should I do, pleease help me.

Hi I'm going through depression and anxiety from past one month, 2 weeks I was on prodep 20mg and petril 0.25 mg in the night.. I was not ok, so I consulted my psychiatrist on 22nd Nov and he has put me on doubled my dose to prodep 40mg in the morning and petril 0.25 mg one in the morning, afternoon and night and also he is put me on mirtaz 7.5mg (half) in the night.. I'm feeling much better now but still not confident, and I'm staying at my mom's house now.. I again think, how will I get back to my house and be normal alone and how I'll spend my time, when will I gain confidence and relief from this fear and anxiety? I want to get back to my husband and lead a normal life without thinking much.. will this feeling of anxiety be fine soon? Doctor told me that I should feel fine in two weeks.. sometimes I think a lot.. but these meds have definitely made me feel better than how I used to feel last week..

I have problem with my thinking.my thinking is disturbed.i also have balance problem while walking..

I feel that , i am in always in stress, think lot of what other think about me , good or bad & if bad why it is bad..

Is somatic cough and moaning common in post covid? How long they last What to do for them? Mom mom is is having post covid maoning Don't know how long they last? Do know what to do please help

Me and my gf has been together for over a year now, in the start of the relationship everything was going fine, later I realized that she is a very lonely person and before meeting her I was not, but now even I have turned to a lonely and introvert person, I have no other friends in the entire city except her. I feel I have changed in a bad way after I've met her. I'm very much attached to her but I don't know what to do, I feel depressed and I feel our relationship has become toxic. She is extreme jealousy issues, sometimes for very very small things. She herself says that she can't even see me any other opposite gender she goes crazy if that happens. I just told her that I wanted to have a personal life too but she did not agree to it. I feel lonely now because I don't know anyone else here and I don't know what to do.

I initially took .5mg clonazepam. Ater that doctor reduced to .25 mg. I am taking clonazepam from past 11 months.How to taper off Clonazepam .25mg after days of usage. Please provide your suggestions.

Visited a govt psychiatrist today ...for alcohol addiction quit treatment...he asked my the amount of alchohol and how many years of this addiction and prescribed medicine..are the below medicine are ok or I have to see a private doctor?? 1.sertraline 50 2.trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride 2mg 3.clobasum 5mg 4.risperidone 2 mg These medicines for 1month ...after that review...my age is 32..male,since last 15 yrs I have taken alcohol...since last month I have taken 15 days in a month...before that almost regular..reason for quiting is many gastro and ortho problems occurs ...2 doctors from practo suggests me after paid consultation that you have to see a psychiatrist...
