I feel morning stress.As I wake up I feel heavy stress n anxious.i m having heavy stress when I get up.sometimes I get earlier

I feel like always twisting in my left side of the buttock and anus areas. I can't get grip in left buttock and anus areas. I move my left leg all the time to fix it. It's not pain but it's continuous and frustrating. I can't relax. What could this be ? Please help! It's been 1 year.

My 4 year boy kid doesn't take interest in study. When ever I ask him to study .He state cry and shout. I am so worried. What should I do. I am a working lady so for my job my children don't live with me. They live with their grand parents.

So i had a terrible relationship in the past but then after some years I found a guy who genuine and loyal to me since 4 years . My relationship with family aren't that great. I have social anxiety since 6 years. So he is the only guy I m close to. And we decided we will marry in the future. But his parents won't allow due to caste problem. Now I can't handle this separation. We both love each other. It's been more than 4 months I can't sleep well. I m having extreme suicidal thoughts. And I tried everything to get rid of this mental trauma but I can't.

Hello, M 24 here suffering from Generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks since 2017 and also taking medications too. Will my Generalized anxiety disorder alone cause heart health problems as have no other risk factors of heart disease?
