Negative thought, Anxiety
Hi Negative thought in mind is not going away and getting severe anxiety continuously all days. Some times negative thought will replace with another negative thought but anxiety is continuously coming . Checking multiple times also whatever done like locked doors , swiches On / Off Can you please tell clearly ?
