I feel like I have ADHD and OCD. I never consulted a doctor regarding this but I have these after reading all about these. How should I proceed with the diagnosis?

I just develope myself to get a girl to fell in love with me also i followed some tips from dating coaches now i cant live without her .. im toatally got addicted to her my life is incomplete without her , i trained my social skills and voice tone and dressing sence , now i cant focus on my own things, now im totally thinking of her full day eventhough she also INTRESTED in me but i have fear of losing, and overposessive ..how to get rid of my problems .please i felt so depressed

Recently I have suffered with other health problems such as gastritis and mouth infection for 2 months due to this problems I had no hungry and the proper sleep for regular intervals of day time please kindly suggest me vibration of neck nerves and small brain I feel this kind of sensation from 2 months and iam suffering from this 2 months .Is this safe or not for my mental health .for properly mental health is in proper condition from 3 days .iam recovering from 3 days ,but  I feel the sensation of the nerves such as tingling  from the forehead and below the ears and back the nerves below the neck and small brain from 2 months is this will kindly affect the brain neurons from future days please kindly suggest good ways to heal my mental health Thanking you doctor

As I was having sleeping problem.. my doctor prescribed me alprax 0.25 for 3 days then alprax 0.125 for 3 days but still iam not getting that deep and enough sleep then he prescribed me zolfresh for 10 days can I switch the tablets like this will it cause me problem and how much dose of zolfresh should I take..

I was taking nexito plus ( half ) from last 12 years. Then i decided to stop taking. Now i am facing relapse of depression. From last six months i am having depression. Initially treatment did not work now i am taking sertalin 100 ,2 times a day. I am feeling little bit better. But my main question is how will i feel once i recover from depression. Will i feel the same way i use to feel when i was on nexito plus as that medicine well suited me or this feeling will be different this time as medicine has changed. I am getting anxious to know will i feel normal or completely different person than before

Hi, I wanted to ask one thing that does anxiety always increases pulse rate?. Means a person can have anxiety with normal pulse rate between 80 and 90? Please help Thanks
