I sometimes get panic attacks and palpitations. I recently got all my heart test done, that is stress test and echo cardio. They came out normal. My problem is that I'm unable to sleep with one pillow. I get palpitations and breathing problems. I need to have at least 3 pillow to sleep in incline position. What is wrong with me?

I was taking amitriptyline 50mg for anxiety and depression. Doctor changed medicine to D venlla xr 50. but now I having muscle ache whole body. is this a withdrawal symptom of amitriptyline?

Can I have ciplar la 20 before a presentation only? I have an extreme fear or public speaking. Also hand tremors ,racing heart beats shaky voice are there. My bp is normally low. Can I take it for only my presentation anxiety?

I'm very absent minded, and forgetful in everyday life like every time i have to go out i forget to take things which are necessary. I lose things very frequently and leave things at places then forget to take it back. I forget doing tasks or even routine tasks ones which i have to do regularly, i forget my own thoughts frequently when i get distracted by something. And i make many absent minded mistakes while doing something like some schoolwork or project. I heard it could be due to depression and anxiety but I'm already taking antidepressants and anti anxiety medicines since almost a year but this condition isn't improving.

I am intentionally creating or drawing something in my mind.I am like trying to remember someone's face or thought intentionally. What is this disease called.

Hi I have pure o ocd .Currently on fluvator 100,flunil 60,arip Mt 5 . I wanted whether ocd reduces cognitive functioning such as concentration,memory ,focus etc. It has reduced my cognitive power very much(by 60%) Please help How to increase cognitive power while having ocd Thanks

Hi i took mirtaz 7.5 for one month...as it relieved me doctor increased the dose to mirtaz 15 for 10 days...first 3 days after taking mirtaz 15 i was normal...but 4th day i did not get sleep...so 5th day i lowered the dose to 7.5...i started again started Mirtaz 15 on 6th day...but on 8th again no sleep...and then 9th i took 7.5...so last day i took mirtaz 15...after half an hour All of a sudden i lost my focus and was able to hear my heartbeat and i felt like i can feel all nerves in the brain and i was completely abnormal...after 2 hours i was back to normal...did it do any brain damage to me?
