I got a severe headache in the afternoon due to which i had behaviour changes and acted very immaturely..

Does psychiatrist provide medicine or how it is done. Looking to help a person who wants to pour out emotions but unable to. Plus he has met counceller multiple times not helping.

Hello doctor... There's a problem with my father. He is 61 years old. From the past so many years he has been behaving so differently only on a particular time frame like November starting to March end and remaining the whole year he'll be fine. From November to March he behaves so arrogant, short tempered, and intakes so much food, doesn't sleep at night, always travels, doesn't control his thoughts, talks with himself, fights unnecessarily, doesn't value others, so hyperactive, behaves like a teenager and many other things. From the past 2-3 years this keeps on becoming severe year by year. And when we suggest dad to go to psychiatrist he said "I've already visited a psychiatrist, they've said because of the age factor these things will arise. So we have requested him again to go for a checkup with a psychiatrist but he always refuses by saying "I'm completely alright, i don't require any doctor consultation for me etc. we've requested him a lot but still there's no use. plz help me.

I can't speak in group of people. My voice trembles when I speak in group of people. Hand tremors are there when someone's watching me. I have been suffering from this from many years. Now in my profession I will have to speak in front of the whole class . I want to get rid of this social anxiety and hand tremors. I have tried relaxation techniques but it doesn't work on the spot.

Hi Doc, I am facing anxiety issues, not able to focus on anything, not even on my work,not able to do anything not able to enjoy the things I used to like,it's like everything is about to finish It's becoz of my relationship as we are on verge of breakup just because we can't continue any more due to family reasons. I can't trust my partner these days as I am feeling everytime he is lying me about not talking to his ex but many a times i feel and suspect that he is lying and due to this i can't trusty partner anymore and this gives me more and more anxiety.i aint able to focus on my things. I am not able to prepare for my upcoming neet pg. I just feel helpless I kind of keep checking my partner and his ex last seen on what's app ,many a times i had found them talking and even their last seen similar.i am finding difficulty in trusting him but the problem is I am finding it difficult to leave him becoz i love him and won't be able to deal with breakup.what to do pls help with my anxiety

I'm taking Ultracet/Ultram tablets since 1 year , At the beginning I used to take tablet for bodyache or bodypain later it becomes like habit if I miss the tablet then I'm getting fever , Tiredness, bodypain and I'm not able to sleep properly ,

My doctor prescribed citalin forte + olagress 2.5 mg... he said take etizolam when i need it... so is it safe to take 3 tablets together?

Hi I am 30 years old. I experienced panic and anxiety attacks before 1 years ago. That fear is also in my mind. after that I am more concentrated about my heart and BP. Sometimes I feel my heart is racing and BP is high, I also feel restless, and some sensation in the head area.I took nexito medicine for around 1 year and recently stopped. It's curable. Totally distracted.

I am taking serta 200mg morning,amisulpride 200mg morning,aripiprazole 5mg morning and 5mg night,risdon ls morning,nexito 10mg night,my question is it is safe to take sertraline 200mg in morning and escitalopram 10mg at night,can it causes serotonine syndrome??
