Does amytryptline hydrochloride can be taken single without any other tablet and my relatives son taken it for 10 days and pescribed for 20 days for tension and sleep and after taking 10 days he started unknown progressive fear and anxiety does it side effects started and mentally he is unknown stable condition when he is staying single the fear and the tension started again does it it's side effects or the external thing or his body thing please kindly tell the solution for this problem doctor
