Risperidone is known to cause sedation. If it is causing you difficulty, consult with your Psychiatrist and ask if the dosing can be shifted to night dose only.
Same case with Lithium. Although the sedation with lithium needs to be monitored. If it's quite significant, your Lithium levels may need to be monitored. Consult your Psychiatrist about the same.
