I'm 21 years old doing Final year B.E.,and I'm stay in hostel .I feel depressed from past one month and I search for home. Main reason for stress for me is not enough good food is the main thing and thinking about future like what I'm going to do after completing my studies ( pressure from my family).How can I get rid of this to feel good and attain peace?

As per your information , you are feeling “ depressed “ for 2 reasons: Not having Good food and Thinking about the future.
