No, You can not. Vortioxetine 10mg is almost equivalent to 100mg of Desvenlafaxine. You need to gradually build up the dose of Desvenlafaxine and taper off Vortioxetine, that what is called cross tapering, so that we do not loose the effect of first one before the second one starts showing its effect.
