Its better to have a open discussion with your psychiatrist and try to co-relate the onset of symptoms with the dose change

You have to discuss your treating psychiatrist regarding why the dose was increased and if the head shaking us due to the medicine or underlying anxiety. If not satisfied take a second opinion. Good luck.

Not related to medication desvenlafaxine is very safe don’t stop it and follow up with your psychiatrist properly
