Anxiety,eyes wandering
Iam suffering from chest pain and body shivering,and my eyes are wandering when I travel.iam unable to concentrate on my work due to eyes wandering and fear.

If chest pain is not associated with radiation of pain,sweating, nausea,then relax.Its anxiety disorder. There may be dryness of mouth,tremor of fingers too.

For relaxation u can do exercise, reads books,pass time with yr family members and friends. Tried to avoid thinking about chest pain again and again.

it could be anxiety. please consult a psychiatrist and get assessed first. it will be relieved with medication and therapy.

Hi.. anxiety is due to unknown fear .. sometimes due to sympathetic system overactivation in anxiety heartbeat increase a bit , you will have symptoms like chest pain like threatening to your heart , you may feel like might be i will have anxiety,body shivering, dry mouth all are symptoms of anxiety, just need to take medicine and counselling and do daily exercise
