Frequent chest  pain due to anxiety
From the past 1 month I am getting chest pain on the left side. Whenever I take stress or worry about little things I tend to get pain in the chest and this stays throughout the day. I had anxiety issues but i didn't used to get pain this is a new problem. I have been to cardiologist and gastrologist for this issue because whenever i take stress I get severe gastric. Cardiologist told everything is normal and prescribed me medicine for the pain and gastrologist diagnosed me with gastritis. What is this problem and how should I proceed with this problem?

If cardiologist evaluation is normal and the chest pain is due to anxiety, which against is very common you need to consult a psychiatrist and take treatment for your anxiety which will lead to recovery. Good luck
