Hello Madam , yeah sleep play a vital role in well being for our mental health , just listen maintain sleep hygiene, avoid tea or coffee after 6 pm ,make a daily schedule m dix to that only and do dialy exercise 20 mins a day and you consult medicine will help u out quickly
