Asked for Male, 24 Years

I can't focus on my studies. I can't complete any task given to me. I am highly inconsistent. I can't do anything that involves using the mind. I have never completed my homework given to me. I am absent-minded. What could be the possible reason?

Hello I think concentration is affecting.. only these you can resolve.. but you need mood n sleep r affecting r not.i think only lack of concentration you can start with physical activity n social support..but given information is not suitable for evaluation

Hi.. possible Reason is here ADHD along with anxiety also may be there sometimes , you should regular exercise, play focus enhancing games , try to remember daily about your past lunch or dinner that what did u take in last few days , gradually once u make efforts towards strengthen ur memory it will but u should make effort for it , along with that u can take medicine for ADHD
