Try starting rTMS for ocd. Together with this counselling sessions with a psychologist weekly for cognitive restructuring will be needed.

Looks like you have been diagnosed with OCD and hopefully taking medication for the same . Sometimes SSRI / SNRI s prescribed for the treatment takes around 3-4weeks for proper response but there are few instances where dose increment and augmentation is also required .

Hi there,,
A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every case. Also of importance is the Mental status examination of the case to come for a diagnosis and its management accordingly.
Generally the effects of drugs begin in a week or so, sometimes may take some longer especially the anti obsessive effects.
May be the dose of the drug has not reached its therapeutic levels.
Or maybe the daily dose has to increased.Discuss it with your mental health professional.
You can add some of the following activities in your daily routine:
Exercises
Walking
Yoga
Regular time for sleep
Relaxation exercises
Meditation
In addition to the drugs prescribed.
If some stressful event has happened before the onset,
It should also be taken care in the drug regime
