Hi
What you are experiencing is actually a very common form of anxiety where the mind suddenly becomes hyper-focused on the idea of death or mortality. Even people who intellectually accept that death is a natural part of life can still feel distressed when the thought becomes repetitive and intrusive. Anxiety tends to latch onto existential themes because they are uncertain and difficult for the mind to “solve.” When this happens, the problem is not the thought of death itself, but the mind getting stuck in a loop of thinking about it repeatedly, which then starts affecting confidence and daily functioning.
The goal is not to eliminate the thought completely, but to change your relationship with it so it loses its power over you. With the right therapeutic approach, you can learn techniques to break this thinking loop, reduce the intensity of the fear response, and regain a sense of freedom in your daily life. This pattern is very treatable, especially when addressed early. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
I am sorry that you feel this way. This sounds urgent but can be treated. Help is easily available these days- please consult a psychiatrist or for that matter, any mental health professional as soon as possible.
