It is very difficult to survive. Currently I am taking paroxetine cr 12.5 from last 2 months & clonazepam 0.5 from last 1 month but no one is showing. Please help me to come out from this problem.

It sounds like your health anxiety and overthinking are making daily life extremely difficult. The constant fear of a heart attack or stroke is keeping your body in fight-or-flight mode, which only fuels your anxiety more. The fact that medications haven’t helped much suggests that you may also need cognitive and behavioral strategies to break this cycle.
One useful tip:
Try the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique whenever anxiety spikes:
• 5 things you can see
• 4 things you can touch
• 3 things you can hear
• 2 things you can smell
• 1 thing you can taste
This pulls your mind out of the fear loop and brings it back to the present moment. Also, limit Googling symptoms—it only increases anxiety.
