Messed sleep schedule
Ok so, I've a messed up sleep schedule for a really long time now. Like I started studying (I've to use electronics for that) till 2-3 am in the morning then eventually it got to 12 pm. So basically now I sleep at 12 or 1 pm and wake up in the evening 7-8 pm. And my head and eyes feels really weird after that. I take around 9 hrs of sleep daily. Does it have something to do with my messed up sleep schedule? I'm not taking any kind of medicines right now.
