Hii i am 20 years old girl and suddenly my sleep schedule is so getting worst.. I didn't sleep all the night from almost 1 week and even i took sleep medicines and being of tired from all the day i didn't get a sleep. Not even on any time.. What is it? I am having pain in both side of head bec of this. How can i cure it?

Sleep disturbance happens due to various reason ..fix your schedule, daily Walking and running , avoid caffine induced substance after 6 pm and medicines will help u out to make your biological clock stable

Are the sleep pills working for you?
Are you able to rest?
How is your day after being able to sleep?
