My friend is having problems in sleeping frm lst 8-10 months.. He dont sleep untill 3-4 am and wakes up early in the mrng .. He is currently working so he dont sleep at day time also.. Even on weekeeds he dnt sleep well and also he is nt taking any medication..

Sleeplessness can be a result of several factors. It is important to find the underlying cause & treat it. A comprehensive assessment would be necessary to determine causes.
