Limit Screen Time:Reduce exposure to screens at least an hour before bed to help your mind wind down. 3.Relaxation Techniques: Practice deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, or meditation to calm your mind. 4. Write it Down:Keep a journal by your bed to jot down any thoughts or worries, which might help clear your mind. 5. Comfortable Environment:Ensure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet.
