To identify my problems, I shared my life story my childhood , she didn't judged me , rather focuses only on improving my mental health , focuses on solving my problem, which I was expecting , A friendly judgemental experience ,She treats me like a human and respects me which I liked and appreciates the most , My therapist not only listens to my problems with patience, but also helps me understand them from a medical and psychological perspective. She explains why I feel the way I do. For example, she helped me realize that my fear responses are linked to growing up in a stressful environment—my brain learned to stay alert as a form of protection. Understanding this has made me feel less guilty about my fears and more compassionate toward myself.
