  4. Not able to sleep. To continue my work.

Not able to sleep...
I was suffering from sleeping disorder .I was taking zolfresh 5 mg for last some days as sugested by my family doctor...but its not working.only thing i want a deep sleep in night. Please suggest me some good medicine for sleeping as i am working guy and need a deep sleep to continue my work.

For sleep medication u wuld need a prescription.... U can increase the dose to 10 mg... Get urself evaluated again for underlying cause...
