Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Your question is good. But the answer depends on what you feel in the morning after this 6hrs of sleep. If you feel energetic, brisk, easy bowl movement, Good appetite etc. Don't worry. But if feel lack of interest, tiredness, Mood swing, constipation, dullness, nervousness or disturbed sleep in the night etc then you need to be concerned. Actually, people doing a lot of physical work only needs 8hr of sleep. But if your job involves a lot of mental work , then you need mental rest for 2hrs to reconcile daily thoughts and 4 to 6hrs of sound sleep.. Appreciate your interest to be proactive in health. Ideally you need 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily. Try and catch a power nap (20 mins) in the afternoon if your schedule is too busy
Next Steps
You can find guided videos for power nap or yoga nidra in the internet. you can make use of them for initial guidance
