I am going through anxiety from past 2.5 months but from past 3 weeks feeling better when my doctor added Venlift 75mg in the morning and in the night 75mg.. my aunt was with me through this journey and she is getting back to her native on Monday.. This has started making me anxious and because of this I wake up early morning with only 6 hours of sleep from past 3 days and just want to know if the depression will come back? I need to learn to live alone when my husband goes to work.. this kind of scares me.. plz suggest what can be done ..

For which symptoms, olanzapine 15mg is given to patient? Is it normal or higher dose? Is olanzapine helpful for patient having depression?

Hi, I feel like I've chronic anxiety most of the times which impacts my decision taking ability, and relations. I was depressed (undiagnosed) for more than a decade. I had incidents of panic and anxiety attacks. Although I'm better now at not letting these things reflect but the anxiety still prevails.

Hi, Whenever i have long day at work or there are lot of things to do, my brain will be active during the night. I cannot sleep fully, deeply. Small dreams or something like my mind is trying to solve some situations. All things which i watched or read or heard will come again in pieces in mind and sleep won't come. This has happened multiple times over years. Once i was sleepless and tired for days due to this and had taken petril md on doctor prescription, which gave some relief. Petril md still works but i dont want to take it every time i face this situation. Is there any treatment for this?

My boyfriend is getting panic attackd in sleep and also nightmares. But he is not ready to talk about it with a doctor yet. Can someone suggest any natural cures or medication ?
