General information. Olanzapine (Olanex) is an antipsychotic medication, and Clonazepam (Zapiz) is a benzodiazepine medication often used to treat anxiety and panic disorders. Both medications can have certain side effects. Feeling like you might faint and experiencing a slow heartbeat while walking could potentially be side effects of these medications, but it's important to consult with your prescribing doctor or a healthcare professional to evaluate your specific situation. Regarding the risk of heart attack, it's generally recommended to discuss any concerns about cardiovascular health or risks associated with your medications with a medical professional. They can assess your overall health, consider any potential interactions with other medications or conditions, and provide personalized advice. Dosages can vary depending on the individual's needs and the specific condition being treated. It's important to follow the prescribed dosage provided by your doctor and not make any adjustments without consulting them first. Remember, it's crucial to seek advice from a healthcare professional who has access to your complete medical history and can provide personalized guidance based on your specific circumstances.

The history provided is insufficient to make a conclusive diagnosis and therefore commenting on medication. If it is a mood disorder you’re being treated for, then there may be scope to consider reviewing your medications. For your age and if there’s no previous history or family history of cardiac problems, the doses of both medications you’re on, are rather low. In any case, it is worth considering doing an ECG and seeing your psychiatrist for a review of your condition & medication
