Sometime health condition will be better after reaching hospital even without any medication.so we consulted psychologist& psychiatrty. They were adviced to have zispram and zapiz. After having thsese tablets her sleep order is coming to better. But sometime astma may increase.so my doubt is it okey to take the tablet or not. Zispram is okay but Zapiz is best avoided You could consider CBT for your mum. This will help address the problem in the longer run.

Hello There are multiple causes of sleep disturbances, even asthma can cause sleep problems, and these need to be taken care of properly. Clonazepam should be the last option if nothing works and is better avoided, but what i impress upon here is that it can have multiple causes and detailed evaluation is needed before any treatment can be decided. Kindly consult for the same.
