Probably you are just a victim of self medication The better way is to take two separate pills containing Paroxetine and clonazepam. First try to taper off clonazepam (more gradually than previous) and stop after 2 weeks, without changing dose of paroxetine. After 4 weeks you need to visit a psychiatrist (Freely available at NIMHANS) and discuss with him to gradually switch from paroxetine to Fluoxetine. Fluoxetine is having long half life and is comparatively easier to taper off and stop without any significant withdrawal symptoms. If you are not able to taper clonazepam discuss with your psychiatrist to first switch from clonazepam to diazepam and then taper same as it is easier to taper diazepam than clonazepam.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist at NIMHANS

Hi there, Sorry you have been suffering from recent withdrawal effects of your prescribed medications. As the medications you have been prescribed is for a diagnosed mood disorder, it is likely you will need a systematic way of coming off it when things are stable. If things aren’t stable before tapering, symptoms of anxiety can reappear and seem very similar to withdrawal. The pace and stage of illness is therefore important considerations to take whilst tapering off medications. This will need to be done by a trained psychiatrist. Every psychiatrist will have a style of doing what they think is best based on their experience, training and history provided to them. Hence their opinions may vary accordingly. Lastly whilst I recognise the difficulties of expense in consulting a professional, it is perhaps also an investment for your long term health you have to consider.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist of your choice and one you trust and stay with them. There are more than 1 correct ways of doing this. Just because one didn’t work doesn’t mean nothing will work.
Health Tips
Talk to your doctor about your concerns Don’t read too much about side effects- all medications including vitamin supplements can have them Keep the end goal in mind- your recovery. That sometimes means choosing what you need versus what you would want. Keep a consistent lifestyle- eat healthy & on time Sleep on time; relax in ways that interest you. Try and include some exercise, yoga or meditation in your routine

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a difficult time.  General suggestions that may help. Seek a Second Opinion: If you had a negative experience with your recent psychiatrist, it might be beneficial to seek a second opinion from another psychiatrist. Finding a doctor who listens to your concerns and works collaboratively with you is important for your well-being. Supportive Therapist: Consider finding a therapist who specializes in trauma or anxiety. Therapy can provide a safe space to explore your experiences, emotions, and help you develop coping strategies for managing withdrawal symptoms. Medication Adjustment: Talk to a psychiatrist or a healthcare professional about your concerns regarding the medication and its side effects. They may be able to adjust your current medication regimen or suggest alternatives that could be better suited for you. Tapering Off Gradually: If you and your healthcare professional decide it's appropriate to taper off clonazepam, they can provide you with a gradual tapering plan. Slowly reducing the dosage over time can help minimize withdrawal symptoms. Lifestyle Changes: Incorporating healthy lifestyle habits can support your overall well-being. Regular exercise, a balanced diet, sufficient sleep, stress management techniques (such as mindfulness or meditation), and engaging in activities you enjoy can contribute to your mental health. Support System: Reach out to friends, family, or support groups to share your experiences and find emotional support. Connecting with others who have gone through similar situations can provide understanding and encouragement. Remember, it's crucial to consult with a psychiatrist/ healthcare professional They can evaluate your medication, adjust dosages, and help you manage the withdrawal process safely

There is a way to taper if you are absolutely fine. One option is shift on molecule which has less side effects for you. Gradually we can make this half and stop for your case.
