Dear Sir, Sorry you are experiencing these difficulties recently. ayurvedic & homeopathic medicines are not taught in the medical training curriculum so I’m not aware of the product you have enquired about. You may wish to consult a professional ayurvedic doctor for better advice. Symptoms you have described appear to be consistent with those of stress. Please consider seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist for a better and thorough assessment.
Next Steps
Consider seeing a professional
Health Tips
Consider investing time and effort into helpful coping strategies that have worked for you in the past. Getting a consistent routine, eating and sleeping well and consistently at the same time everyday, moderate exercising, talking to friends or family may be steps to consider before costings a professional

I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling low and stressed. General information to help you. If you're experiencing prolonged feelings of low mood, anxiety, and repeated unwanted thoughts, it's important to seek professional help from a mental health specialist. While I'm not familiar with "Sri Sri Narayani Kalpa," it doesn't belong to an allopathic group of medication.
Health Tips
In the meantime, here are a few tips that may help alleviate your anxiety symptoms: Practice deep breathing: When you feel yourself becoming anxious, try taking deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. Focusing on your breath can help you calm down and reduce feelings of panic. Get regular exercise: Exercise has been shown to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Even a 20-minute walk each day can make a difference. Prioritize self-care: Take time each day to do something that you enjoy and that helps you relax, such as reading a book, taking a bath, or listening to music. Avoid caffeine and alcohol: Both caffeine and alcohol can worsen anxiety symptoms, so it's best to avoid them or limit your intake. Talk to someone: It can be helpful to talk to a trusted friend or family member about how you're feeling. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone you know, consider reaching out to a mental health professional or joining a support group. Remember, seeking professional help is the best course of action to address your symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Greetings It's not an allopathy medicine so unable to comment I would recommend you start penning down the thoughts when you feel.low and see the pattern. Once you understand try to address them. You could use the help of friends or family.
Next Steps
if not helping them connect with a professional Psychiatrist or psychologist
