I am taking Mirtaz 7.5 daily in the night. I am traveling from my city to another city for a couple of months and have managed to get Midnight 7.5 which the pharmacist claimed is the same as Mirtaz 7.5. I want to understand if this claim is valid and I will get the same sleep and will have no additional side effects. Can my body accustom to Midnight on the first night itself?

I don't know of any brand named midnight, he would have said mirnite. Even if it's what you said check if it has a chemical composition of mirtazepine in it. You can take it safely on your doctor's advice. In order to know if you really need that medication and if there is need for dose titration, consult the psychiatrist
Next Steps

Generally mirtaz is prescribed for mood issues but it helps in sleeping. Whatever the tablet it might be take according to the prescription not what pharmacist given to you. Don't use any medicine for extra period other than prescription.
