Zosert is available in 25mg and 50mg, if your doctor changed it may mean that you weren’t getting any improvements in your symptoms. Mirtaz can cause sedation, which is probably why you felt dizzy.
Next Steps
Take Mirtazepine in the night before sleeping
Health Tips
Don’t abruptly stop your medication, always consult a psychiatrist to start or stop medications.

Mirtazapine can cause sedation in the initial days of usage. Your dizziness might be because of that. Zosert doesnt cause sedation. Your psychiatrist must have changed to mirtazapine for a good reason. Wait for a week, if the side effect doesn’t subside or gets too bothersome you can visit your doctor and ask him to change it
