You are currently on Escitalopram 10 mg and Quetiapine 50 mg, both of which can support mood and anxiety. For your main concern—sleep—I see that two different doctors have advised you two options: Mirtazapine 7.5 mg and Doxepin 10 mg. Both are valid, but you don’t need both together. If your only concern is poor sleep and you're not experiencing low mood or appetite loss, I would suggest trying Doxepin 10 mg at night, as it is effective for sleep with minimal side effects. However, if you're also feeling emotionally low, lacking energy, or have reduced appetite, Mirtazapine 7.5 mg may be the better choice due to its dual action on mood and sleep. Please avoid taking both together, as that may cause excessive sedation. Monitor how you feel for 10–14 days and let me know if further adjustment is needed. I'm here to help you find the simplest and most effective treatment plan for restful sleep and overall well-being.
