Nexito has helped you partially, but incomplete relief and recurrent depressive episodes mean that treatment adjustment is needed. Options include either increasing dose, switching, or adding another agent — but this must be tailored by your treating psychiatrist after a full review.
Do not worry at first
Symptoms of anxiety and mood symptoms that still persist will improve on optimising dose of escitalopram and if needed another medication will be added that has no side effect as occurred before
*Duration of treatment with escitalopram also required to assess
*Dose will be planned to optimise
* Other medications least side effect profile will be planned
Most important is to maintain follow up and discuss your queries with doctor
