I know Clomipramine works for OCD. Does it also work for MDD? MDD - Major Depressive Disorder OCD - Obsessive Compulsive Disorder What is the usual dosage for OCD? Thank you

Clomipramine works both for MDD as well as OCD. Dose of clomipramine for OCD is usually more as compared to OCD. Maximum dose of clomipramine tried in OCD is 250mg/day. But in day to day clinical practice 150mg/day of clomipramine is sufficient in maximum cases.
