Fluoxetine + Mirtazapine + Clomipramine
I am already taking Fluoxetine 90mg delayed release (max dose/day) and Mirtazapine 7.5 (lowest dose/day)
Question: Can I add Clomipramine (lowest dose/day) to the above combination?
I am looking for best results for MDD + OCD + SAD
I am noticing that I am getting better and quicker response from TeCA/TCA than SSRI
Is this combination safe and effective for long term use.
I tried CBT but didn't work, so that is not an option?

My suggestion would be let you psychiatrist decide this.
The combination you described could have side effects if taken without consulting your doctor. Need to look into many other aspects too.
