Anxiety disorder
I have been suffering from some kind of anxiety disorders from 7 years.I constantly worry all the time over very small things which are unlikely going to be happen in future.Sometimes my mind understand that there is nothing to fear or worry but I automatically get worry and anxiety.My worry or anxiety increases during the time of stress like exam or other very small stressful thing in life.I can not concentrate in anything and when I try to concentrate all my irrational worries automatically run over my head but I know that these worries are very unlikely to happen.I feel some kind of weight in the front of my head.I also sometimes get very anxious over very small thing like exams,Social situation like going outside in front of people and small medical procedure like getting vaccine,blood test or consulting a doctor.My heat beat inreases very musch,My hands and legs tremble and I feel something in my stomach during the anxiety.What is the name of my disorder and treatment?

From your brief history it seems you have Generalised anxiety disorder. As you said you can control it sometimes on your own  but it needs evaluation and treatment from a psychiatrist for the best outcome because it's not the usual anxiety which one can cope with easily

Hi It appears that you have generalized anxiety  disorder. I  would suggest you to schedule an appointment so as to evaluate you furthermore and then prescribe the medicine accordingly. In addition to this, CBT sessions with clinical psychologist will also help you along with pharmacological aid.
