I understand you’ve been experiencing what is referred to as blasphemous thoughts, usually a symptom OCD. I also understand these can be very distressing and cause feelings of shame and guilt. I just want to reassure you that there’s no reason to blame yourself as these are not your wilful thoughts, they seem to be arising out of OCD. You should consult a psychiatrist who will help you find out the best and most effective treatment strategy for your symptoms.
Next Steps
Untreated symptoms can lead to a distressing and low quality of personal and work life. You must consult a mental health specialist either a psychologist or a psychiatrist for early intervention and better outcome
