I see that you are facing some concerns and persistent thoughts. You've shared how your daily life routine and work schedule is being affected by this. I can only imagine how painful and overwhelming this may be for you. You've mentioned about experiencing OCD. If you have received this diagnosis from a psychiatrist, I encourage you to reconnect with them. If not, then receiving medicinal support from a psychiatrist will be beneficial. Self-diagnosis may lead to added fear and worry. Mental health concerns like OCD also require counseling/therapeutic support. A counselor can psychoeducate you about the concern, the symptoms, and different treatment methods. This will help you make an informed choice and will reduce the associated anxiety. OCD is a concern that stays with a person all their life, but can be managed effectively with the right treatment. It is completely alright to seek support for mental health concerns. A psychologist will also be able to provide you with a safe space to share your feelings. Please make sure to connect with appropriate professionals. I hope this helps.
