OCD THOUGHTS
I was suffeeing from ocd for which i took treatment for 15 months flunil 20 40 60 I recovered fully and was living a normal life but suddenly after 8 months i developed headache and took numerous medicine but nothing worked and again ocd thoughts started.. I consulted my doctor and started flunil 20 for 3 months thoughts and headache have reduced but still on some days i feel irritated as some running thoughts start coming again and again. for how long should i continue medicine and if 20 mg sufficient

Till your Psychiatrist tells u.. Along with that take therapy to avoid any relapse

Treatment of OCD requires ltl higher dose of ssri Psychotherapy like ERP and sys desensitization are also available options

Better is to continue medication need to increase dose for better prognosis and outcome. For more information consult psychiatrist

Hello, 20 mg is usually less dose for ocd. Better increase your 40 mg after discussing with your treating psychiatrist.
