OCD thought
Hi, I have a sexual OCD thought about an incident when I accidently seen the title of the b.f. which included family relationship although I ignored the title at that time (3-4 years ago) and released sperm but this incident is causing me "what if I fantasized.." thoughts about myself which is causing me to judge myself. I am currently taking clozcare medicine for now it's helping in any illness relapse. Do i need ssri as well? I think that phrase caused me to confuse with my action .. am i right?

Hi, have you ever consulted a psychotherapist? If not, you may consider getting therapy along with medications. Therapy helps healing from your old trauma which happened 3-4 years ago. For long term wellness , you can try taking therapy. Researchers have suggested evidence based psychotherapy is equivalent to pharmacological treatment.
