Im having a lot of anger issues which js effecting my partner too. In every argument Im beating him up. I cant keep myself calm. Its affecting our relationship a lot. Im also getting traumatized.
Another problem is I cant remeber anything or any work I had done or Im doing or else whatever Im studying. Which doctor shall I refer so that I can get rid of this things fast
